Crown Capital Partners can provide a company with a single debt facility which combines traditional senior and junior debt terms into a single senior debt facility.  This facility blends the cost of senior and junior debt, providing a company with a single lender and a single loan agreement.

Bridge Loans
Crown Capital Partners’ bridge loans can provide a company with interim financing in order for the company to execute a transaction, free up additional capital or provide the company with additional time to establish a higher equity value prior to raising additional equity capital.

Distressed Debt
Crown Capital Partners can provide financing to companies experiencing financial distress.  In addition to capital, Crown Capital Partners provides financial and operational support.  Our distressed loans include a senior security position on a company’s balance sheet.
